Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number.
All orders include tracking, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We ship all domestic orders via Australia Post.
Estimated delivery times:

Standard International: 3-7 business days
- Express International: 1-3 business days (location dependent)
Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and any delays with Australia Post.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to selected countries using Australia Post International.
Estimated delivery times:
- All international orders come with a tracking number.
Please Note:
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local government. These are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
Lost or Missing Parcels
Once your parcel has been handed over to Australia Post, it becomes their responsibility. We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage during transit.
If your parcel is:
- Marked as delivered but not received, or
- Significantly delayed or missing
Please first contact Australia Post directly with your tracking number. After that, email us at info@laperlasmiles.com.au so we can support you in lodging an investigation if necessary.
We’ll do everything we can to assist, but unfortunately, we cannot refund or replace orders that are lost by postal services.
